I used couple of photos from this family for my previous blog about family photography sessions. I would like to explain more about this family. The father is frail and mom is recovering from cancer, also the whole family met for Thanksgiving. I don’t know what other excuse do you need not to do your family session, but any of one of these reasons should be good enough. I was glad that I could capture their family. It wasn’t easy for older folks since it was time consuming and tiring. We had take few breaks which I suggest all the time. At the end of the session I asked father to take photo of his daughter because the entire session all I heard is how he used to be family portrait photographer and loved photography. They traveled well and he had his camera with him all the time. That smile just melted everyone, when he picked his camera and tried to focus the camera on his daughter. It one of my favorite photos of this year, maybe my entire life.
