As a Wedding Photographer or even just as a Portrait Photographer, I am always pleased to hear good things from people. This is what feeds my soul and pushes me for more creativity. This is why I still do photography and never look back on making this decision, being a photographer isn’t easy but is really rewarding. This is my passion and I believe it’s my call.

I met Maria back in 2011 when I needed a headshot. I was nervous when I came into her studio and not sure how to take a photo. Maria put me at ease, and we started laughing together until I was fully enjoying the experience. I remember that I felt like a beautiful model. Maria took the time to make sure I was happy with the photos, and ultimately, I chose one that I still use on my LinkedIn profile today (5 years later).
After that positive experience, I knew we could trust Maria with one of the most important photographic days in our lives — our wedding. We started with engagement photos about 7 months prior to the wedding, and I remember the day at the beach as one of the best I had with my husband in wedding planning. We had fun, we laughed, and we weren’t stressed. The photos again were beautiful.
Prior to our wedding day, Maria met with us and talked through all logistics. We found time in our wedding day agenda to take photos so it wouldn’t intrude on experiencing the day. On our wedding day itself, Maria arrived early, to get the lay of the land and start taking photos. I was amazed when I saw how many shots she took of our junior bridesmaid, flower girl, my mom and the groom party. She was on her feet for hours before it was my turn. Once I did begin taking photos, I remember it being such a great experience. She captured beautiful moments, that I know I will treasure for my lifetime. I could tell, then, that Maria’s secret is she understands her subjects. She knows how to put them at ease and make them feel beautiful. In every photo I see, I remember how I felt when I took the photo — and I felt so beautiful.
