Becoming a great portrait photographer isn’t easy, I have been photographing people over 15 years and I can still learn couple of things. Like what to do with cranky babies or dads that don’t feel like being there. Monday through Friday, I usually work on photos and order things and talk to my next potential customers or my old ones. Weekends I usually out of my house and photograph all types of people. Lately I have been meeting more people out of different countries with small children. Talking to them I am realizing that at the end, we all want the same things. Good schools for kids and great neighborhoods for us. New Jersey became a real melting pot, photographing people from Africa or Europe and Asia is fun.
This photo session was done couple of weeks ago and I just want to share with you my favorite photos. I was lucky that it was early in the morning and sun was on our side . White room with plenty of sun shine made such irresistible natural light that I didn’t have to use my back up lights at all.
Holding babies is always a joy for me, I love babies so much. My oldest baby is turning five this year but I don’t miss it anymore. I am grateful that people allow me to hold their babies and cuddle them for my pleasure. Best photos to take of little babies is 8 to 10 days after birth. Parents sometimes wait to long but I don’t mind, they are all perfect. As long baby is happy and full we can create many wonderful photographs. I just love being a portrait photographer, I am in no rush and I can focus on great photos or catch a perfect moment.
So, here is the photos and if you are interested in something like this email me your dates. With small children its better to do early in the morning from 8 until 11. For moms a little make up and brushed hair won’t hurt and a cute outfit. Enjoy the photos and I hope to hear from you soon.
